Friday 6:00 to 7:30 PM
Sat. 8:45 to 10:00 AM
Sun. 8:45 to 10:00 AM

$13 per class or attend all three for $30. Edwardsville Fitness Studio cardholders can use their cards.
Friday and Saturday classes will be held at the Esic YMCA.
Sunday class will be held at the Masonic Lodge on Hillsboro Avenue.

Winalee is conducting a private playshop for Nia teachers and has agreed to offer classes to the public while she is in town.
This is a great opportunity to dance and enjoy the expertise of a Black Belt Nia instuctor.
Winalee is a water baby who teaches Nia, water dance, yoga play, and scuba diving.
She has produced a CD of songs called ‘Expanded Heartsongs’ and has a yoga video/DVD called “Yoga Play.”
